The People, Process, Technology are the three main pillars of any organization. The trio is the main elements that influence the success rate. The quality of the processes utilized to develop and maintain it determines the Quality of the product.

WebAppMate focuses on continuous improvement. Our processes have been reviewed as highly predictable, consistent and repeatable.

Quality Management system of WebAppMate- The foundation of quality management is EmbiQ. It includes processes that deal with Quality processes, policies, effective practices, etc. Process Group owns WebAppMate and provides access to all its employees.

Application of standard processes at an organizational level provides the potential benefit to the organization. Processes are planned as per the requirement of the project. The processes are developed in such a manner that customer satisfaction is enhanced.

  • Evaluate the Risk factors and develop Plan to resolve them.
  • Develop strategies for collection and analysis of Metrics data.

  • Gauge QMS deviation if required.

The role of Sprint

  • Evaluate the sprint goal setting.
  • The team determines the best features to be incorporated in sprint backlog on the basis of Priority.

Sprint Implementation

  • The team meets are organized on a daily basis for operating Daily SCRUM for revising the status.
  • The progress and growth of the team are analyzed by the visibility of the burn down chart. The product backlog is updated as per the requisite changes or the requirements of the product owner.

Evaluation of Sprint Review/ Demo

This feature allows the direct involvement of the client in the project as the customer reviews the products and directs the project.

Sprint Retrospective

The team propagates those practices that are progressive and focus on the development and review the lesson learned in the process.
